Added Exigence and Reckoning

Ok, I have added the Exigence and Reckoning expansion.

I did not add the new tier lists and did not update all old tier lists because this is too much work right now.

I hope you guys are still happy with this!

The Kommander is back!

-eKrueger NQ Tier fixed - no Megalith allowed

-Warhog and Roadhog damage grids were too big

-Boneswarm damage grid was too small

-returned the big point sizes with more casters. Aswell made a 10k points list to count your army points :)
