Added Exigence and Reckoning

Ok, I have added the Exigence and Reckoning expansion.

I did not add the new tier lists and did not update all old tier lists because this is too much work right now.

I hope you guys are still happy with this!

The Kommander is back!

I had to move to another hosting provider. Login is still disabled. But at least we can all build armies again!
