If you made the Storm Tower a unit instead of a UA (it probably should be, anyway), you can list the Stormcallers as free UAs to the stormtowers, or alternate options, sort of like calaban's tier. I don't think it would be quite as easy to do that in Mordikaar's tier, but it might work?
