New version

Added the nephelim boltthrower, druid wilder, everblight tiers and ekaya+ekrueger tiers.

Added blindwater, trolls and everblight.

At last! I just uploaded the new version with blindwater, trollbloods (new stuff+tiers) and everblight (only new stuff). Soon I will dive in the pile of problems you guys found and the everblight and kaya tiers. Thanks for the patience (and deacis thanks for the help)
