I'd like to suggest that you allow an option to disengage the FA restrictions so players will then be responsible to apply the army building rules themselves and have the book to know the tier limits. I like your system but there are others that allow the making of tiers which I willhave to switch to.
I know you are busy, but is there anyway I could impose for information about adding the Tier lists for the Forces of books?
