    in the harbinger tier 4, the avatar doesn't count for the 3 non ranged heavy warjacks.

    @gaarew - because those discounted beasts are only for Rorsh's battlegroup, not Carver's and so they don't count for T4 or come out of his free points - better check out next time before complaining
