Finally fixed the Devil Dogs point cost

Sorry for keep you waiting guys. I would really like to hear all list and other problems (see email address at the right side). Talking about problems; I found out, that the shinny new right part of the army builder does not work correctly when switching points, so that is something I will be looking at soon. The moving around of UAs also seems to be broken.

On another note, Ios will be coming tomorrow (or the day after).
